Warehouse Supervisor

We are looking for someone with a deep experienced in warehouse and oversee all warehouse activities, ensure efficient processes, and maximize warehouse productivity. The responsibilities include coordinating logistical processes, ensuring the quality of goods, preparing orders ( picking & packing ) and generate relevant documentation.

To be successful in this jobsite you should be experienced in optimizing warehousing processes and be effective in order packaging:

- Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities.

- Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity.

- Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.

- Maintaining suitable inventory levels.

- Checking orders, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.

- Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.

- Coordinating and maintaining fleets and equipment.

- Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.

- Import & Export transports ( Quotations, documentation,..)

Warehouse Requirements:

- Previous experience in warehouse tasks ( picking & packing ).

- Strong working knowledge of warehouse procedures & inventory.

- Operations & organizational skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.

- Problem-solving skills.

- Forklift license.

- Good English level ( speaking & listening )
